Different lengths, curvatures and widths of lashes are carefully selected to create each individual set. All of our stylists are highly trained and meticulous to ensure exact symmetry in every lash applied. Cross application is not tolerated.
A classic application is the art of applying 1-2 Lash Extension strands to a single natural lash. The extensions used in this process have a width of 0.15 to 0.20 mm.
A volume application is the art of applying 3-6 strands per natural lash. The extensions are much finer than in a classic application with a width of 0.07 mm or less.
Eyelash extensions can be worn for many years without ever having to do a full set. When applied by an experienced stylist, your refills should look like you just received a new set. Our clients return every 2-3 weeks for refills, as natural lashes have a growth cycle of 60-90 days. Your set will not remain the same after two to three weeks. The base of the eyelash extension grows away from the eyelid and depending on the stage of growth of the natural eyelash, the extension may fall off with your eyelash.
With proper care and application, the client should return with 50-70% of the lash extensions still attached. The stylist will then remove any outgrown messy lashes that have grown away from the eyelid and replace them with new ones. As for the eyelashes falling out, don’t be alarmed, this is the natural cycle of hair growth.

We attach the eyelashes from the outer to the inner corners. Depending on the desired effect, shorter or longer strands are used.

Just like the hair on our heads, our eyelashes lose and grow! Each person’s growth cycle is completely different. The same applies to hormone levels, vitamin intake, etc. Clients’ eyelash maintenance varies from person to person based on their hair growth cycles and lifestyle.
Do not pull the eyelash. You can remove the single lash by dipping a cotton swab in baby oil and letting it soak into the lash. It should easily remove this lash. If more than one eyelash is loosened, please contact us.
Yes, although mascara is not really required, since the Lash Extensions actually give the impression of wearing mascara, it can be worn. However, it must be only water-based mascara. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATERPROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara or any type of oil-based mascara can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your Lash Extensions Vienna. This allows them to fall off earlier. Care should also be taken when washing off the mascara. Use only a water-based eye makeup remover.
We do not recommend using mechanical eyelash curlers on your eyelash extensions. Your eyelash extensions and possibly your own natural eyelashes may be damaged.
NO EYE MAKEUP. Remove all eye makeup and cleanse your lashes with a mild, oil-free cleanser. Avoid drinking caffeine or other energy drinks before your lash appointment. Contact lenses must be removed before use.
True allergic reactions do occur, but are rare. If you have developed an allergic reaction, you can still wear extensions with some changes in the aftercare process. More common is an eye infection from improper washing and care of your eyelashes. Waiting 24 hours to wash lashes and not washing lashes throughout wear are the most common causes of infection. Imagine not washing your head with your hair for weeks or months. This is the most common reason why wearers lose their eyelashes prematurely.
